Slip two or more 
grips onto the leading edge of the fixed plasterboard between panel and joists.
Install the next plasterboard by easing it into position over the protruding tongues of the , then nail the plasterboard into position using the as a guide to the position of the joists.
Repeat steps (1) and (2) with each subsequent board, then snap off the protruding lower part of the by giving them a smart tap with a hammer.
The job's done - and it really is that easy!
